Love Pilates is fully equipped with well maintained Balanced Body equipment. We offer small group classes (6 participants max) so you get the attention you need to ensure a safe and effective workout. Our Love Pilates group classes include exercises on the Reformer and Wunda Chair, as well as mat exercises. We also offer private lessons so that you can get individualized instruction suited to your particular needs.
Pilates is low impact, strengthening and stretching the muscles simultaneously. The Pilates reformer provides support, enabling you to strengthen your back and core in a safe way. Pilates provides a full body work out every time, so there is no need for "arm day" or "leg day." Pilates is a great compliment to your other activities, whether they include a sport like golf or racquetball, or every day activities like walking, carrying groceries, and lifting children or grandchildren.
