Self Care During Quarantine
Maybe like me, you're thinking you should be extra productive with all of the extra time on your hands right now. I have gotten a few projects done that I otherwise wouldn't have had time for. However, I need to be careful not to fall prey to the news cycle frenzy. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for being informed and think it's very important to understand what's going on in our world. However, finding time to take care of myself is more important even than those long put-off projects.
So, how are you finding time and space for self care? I know many of you are taking advantage of our online classes, and I love seeing your faces! I know that you, like me, feel the difference Pilates makes in your every day life. I'm trying to be sure I do Pilates every day and get in 10,000 steps around my neighborhood. I'm trying to eat healthy and find time to connect with family and friends over Zoom, read for fun, and have been playing lots of cards and Rummy Tile with my husband. How about you?
I came across this list in an article online of great self care tips!
