If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please do not come to a private session or group class:
Shortness of breath
Loss of smell or taste
If you have had contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not book an appointment for 4 weeks after exposure.
Lastly, I want to urge you to only receive services if you are comfortable with doing so. Our goal as Pilates practitioners is to continue to offer you a personalized, pain free movement experience. We also want to assist you in finding balance, calm and mindfulness. We all have endured a great deal and we want to be part of restoring health and healing and most importantly peace of mind.
Here are the guidelines for how we will begin reopening Love Pilates:
Only Private and Duet sessions will be offered beginning with the Red Tier. We will offer duets to those who have been quarantined together.
Indoor Group Classes will be added to the schedule when Orange County reaches the Orange Tier, in addition to some virtual classes that will still be offered on the schedule. Our full in studio schedule will resume sometime in the future.
Clients will be required to sign a Covid-19 waiver before rejoining in studio sessions, and attest to a questionnaire and have temperatures taken before participation in each session. See the above .pdf link for the waiver.
We will practice social distancing and touch free cueing. Our equipment has been spaced 6' apart.
Our instructors will be alternating days in the studio for private sessions. As some of our clients do have specific times for their sessions, we are asking you to be flexible on what day and time your session is scheduled. We will have preferably no more than two instructors at a time teaching private and duet sessions during non-group class times.
We will be working with a mask and ask you to do so as well. Our priority is the health and safety of our teachers and clients.
For group classes, please do not enter the studio until the previous class has exited. We will be moving to a 45 minute class to allow time for cleaning and exiting/entering the studio while keeping social distancing in mind.
We are asking each client to remove your shoes and use hand sanitizer upon entering the studio. We also encourage you to wash your hands with soap and water before and after your session. We will also be washing our hands between each client or class and using sanitizer as needed during sessions. There will be hand sanitizer available in the studio to use throughout your session. Please bring clean ToeSox and a mask to class each time.
Towels and loops will be cleaned regularly.
All surfaces will be cleaned between clients and thoroughly sanitized twice a day, including door knobs and any and all equipment and surfaces touched by human hands. We will be using a stronger solution than essential oils.
To book a private or duet session please reach out to your instructor or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You are also welcome to request an appointment through MindBody. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. We hope to see you in the studio on the Back Porch or inside in the near future and via Zoom for group classes.
Again, we thank you and appreciate your support during this time. You truly do not know how much it means to us.
With love and thanks,
Dena, Stacy, Katya, Kristi, Connie, Lisa, John, Cameron and Rachel

Private/Duet Lessons when Orange County is in Red Tier
Group Classes when Orange County is in Orange Tier
We want to thank everyone for your support during this “new way to teach Pilates” time and hope you are well. We appreciate all of you who have purchased virtual classes and packages and those of you who have continued your memberships during this time. Thank you for enabling us to continue to bring you great Pilates classes. Thank you to those of you who have participated in our Outdoor classes. We've loved being able to see you in person again! We are looking forward to being able to return to in studio lessons and classes soon.
Please read the following carefully to make a determination as to whether or not now is the appropriate time for you to return to the studio.
We will reopen for duet and private lessons when Orange County is in the Red Tier, and for group classes when we reach the Orange Tier, albeit in a limited capacity, with many restrictions in effect for your safety and our own. As time goes on we will gradually relax some of the restrictions, not only according to guidelines currently in force, but most importantly yours and our comfort level.
This occurrence has impacted us all in some very profound ways and we are committed to continuing our professional teaching ethics. I want to facilitate a transition that moves at a pace we are all comfortable with as much as possible and as safely as possible.
For your protection and in your best interest, if you are defined as an individual that is at higher risk for severe illness, or reside with an individual with the following conditions, we are going to ask you to refrain from coming to the studio for a few more weeks.
