Love Pilates Group Classes
Our 50 minute classes provide a comprehensive, full body work out for a maximum of 6 participants so you get personalized attention. Each class may include the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Pilates mat exercises.
Level 1 is for those with less experience or who need to modify exercises.
Level 1.5 & 2, Mixed Level, and Circuit Classes are for those with Pilates experience who desire a more advanced workout.
Four Pilates 101/Fundamentals classes, private sessions, or prior Pilates experience is required to join a group class.
