Love Pilates Group Classes
Our 50 minute classes provide a comprehensive, full body work out for a maximum of 6 participants so you get personalized attention. Each class may include the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Pilates mat exercises. 
Level 1 is for those with less experience or who need to modify exercises. 
Level 1.5 & 2, Mixed Level, and Circuit Classes are for those with Pilates experience who desire a more advanced workout.
Four Pilates Level 1/Beginner classes, private sessions, or prior Pilates experience is required to join a group class.
Love Pilates Beginners
Pilates Beginners is an intro level class offered to new clients, or to those who want to go back to the basics. Pilates Beginners covers the basics of Pilates and will prepare you to join a regular group class with confidence.  At least four Pilates Beginners classes are required for those new to reformer Pilates.
Private Appointments
​New to Pilates, have special concerns, or just want individualized attention? Schedule a private class. Receive one on one attention and a workout custom designed for your individual needs. Schedule a Duet session and work out with a friend. Private and Duet sessions available daily by appointment.
Virtual Classes

We're offering two Virtual classes each week, Yoga and Cardio Pilates. Join us for a fun workout from wherever you are! All you need is a mat to join, and the instructor will let you know what other small props may be needed. We'll send you the link, then make sure you've downloaded Zoom, and simply click to join.
