It's ok to be a beginner!

I am often amazed at how many clients come into a first session and either are afraid to "make a fool of themselves," or expect to be able to do everything we teach them perfectly on the first try and then beat themselves up when they can't do it! It doesn't matter if you danced for 20 years, are an elite athlete, run marathons, lift weights, did Yoga, are in the best shape of your life, or have never worked out! Love Stories ~ Meet Lisa Ku, the newest addition to the Love Pilates team.

Lisa is a BASI certified Pilates instructor as well as a personal trainer. She has lots of experience that I'm sure we'll benefit from.
